Consumer complaint

In accordance with the provisions of Article 10, paragraph 1, subparagraph 10 of the Law on Hospitality
(„Official Gazzete“ no.85/15), please be informed that you can submit your complaint:

  1. Verbally to the responsible person at the Zuviteo Residence
  2. In writing:
    • at Zuviteo Residence front desk
    • by mail addressed to:

Receipt of a written complaint will be confirmed in writing without delay, and it will be answered in writing within 15 days from the day of receipt of the complaint.
